The Great American Backrub

Been going to Vincent whenever I have back problems. I'm a pretty bulky guy at 230lbs 5'11", so it's hard to find someone who can really dig deep. Vincent definitely delivers and is my go-to for deep tissue massages. But be warned, he may go too deep, all the way to your heart. As he was working on my lower legs, he was commenting on how heavy I was and that I should eat more vegetables. Bam, minus a star for hurting my feelings haha. But I haven't gone recently because my fat insecure heart doesn't need deep tissue massaging, but would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get their back muscles restructured.

I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life from Vincent!!!! He targeted all areas that needed to be focused on and made me feel like I could do back flips after just one session. I will definitely be returning!

Vincent is really good at what he does. Price point wise this place is a great alternative. You can definitely maximize your insurance dollars by going to this place. The staff was helpful and readily answered questions that I had. I’ll probably go back whenever I need to go to the mall.

Been here multiple times, will continue to go back! If you're looking for a serious good massage, Vincent is the guy you're looking for. It doesn't have the glamor of a spa, it's noisy, it's hidden underneath but it gets the job done. You WILL walk away with some soreness because Vincent has really strong hands and elbows who finds pressure points that normally don't get massaged elsewhere. But you wake up the next day feeling really good. I like that he doesn't just do things for the motions but finds areas that are tense and will work them out until they are gone. Whether it's a quick 20 min session on the chair or hour on the table, the price point is reasonable if you don't need all the extra glamor stuff at the spa

Boris’s technique relieved muscle tension and was very relaxing. I find that this is a rare combination. He took care to make sure my sitting position was correct, got the pressure just right and was very thorough in addressing problem areas. The Great American Backrub leaves me feeling better than treatment at more expensive spas; it’s more focused and the practitioners have more stamina. It’s also very accessible and better for frequent treatment of chronic muscle issues treatment cost is lower and massages can be purchased in lower time increments. The services can be expensed to insurance since their practitioners are RMTs. This location has a bit more ambient sound due to being in Eaton Centre, but they play a relaxing spa soundtrack which is a nice touch. Overall I would recommend any Great American Backrub location for consistent, frequent treatments to get you actual results.

Quick and efficient, a no frills massage to get what you need. Vincent knows what he's doing and he cured my pain! He has very strong hands. He warned me when and if things would be painful and yup, it did hurt, but the next day I was a new man!!!

I've been at this location several times, the RMT that I had dug her hands too hard into me. Two days later several spots still hurt and are tender to the touch.
