Sutherland-Chan Royal Bank Plaza Clinic

One of my favourite places for a massage is the chain of Sutherland Chan clinics as I find their therapists to be very accommodating to my personal needs and are also multi faceted in their training. Each therapist has their own unique skill set and depending on your particular needs these can be customized to your liking. My two preferred locations would be the RBC location as well as Women’s College hospital although I have tried the others downtown and they are equally as great. I will also say that the reception staff are so kind and very accommodating to last-minute appointments and offering cancellations. The clinic also has convenient hours of availability to accommodate most schedules. Overall a great experience every time, and a special thank you to Ara from RBC place, and Kenneth at WCH.

Highly recommend Linda! She's an incredible massage therapist who cares to listen about what you're experiencing and work on exact problem areas. She provides you with helpful exercises for maintenance too! I always leave feeling better and more relaxed. Linda is knowledgeable and really cares about your wellbeing. Lovely receptionists as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the downtown core!

I have used Chiropractic service with Dr. Stephenie Adams and Massage services with John at the Metro Hall location. I recommend both of them very highly. They take their time to understand what the problem is and treat it accordingly.

Front desk Lina is amazing. Wicko is an exceptional RMT. Been receiving massage for years but have to admit Wicko is by far the best therapist I have had.

Poor service, not recommended. The reception was not responsive to emails. When I inquired they indicated they have availability, I replied I would take it... however when I arrived they said they have booked somebody else into my slot and sent me an email when I was on my way walking over... which I obviously did not check... This happened more than once, and the receptions different persons have pretty bad attitudes. This clinic is not recommended!

I’ve been going for many years and will continue to recommend them. Great location that has Saturday bookings.

Very rude and worst service by the Front desk lady, this place is not to relax. I strongly suggest not to visit this place to disregard.

So far I've been to this location for 2 times and both have been a seamless experience.
