The Gated Sanctuary, Centre for Healing

Frederick is an outstanding masseuse and was able to manage in my 90 minute session to take out some major tension in my back and neck. I'd definitely go back in a heartbeat and that's saying something since this place is an hour from my home. Missed getting to try the hydrotherapy but plan on it next time. Note though it is clothing optional in that section.

This place is amazingly serene. Very comfortable. Staff are very kind and welcoming. Both massages I've gotten here were great. Not relaxation massages but work out my kinks type. Love coming here.

This spa was so calming. The hydrotherapy circut was a perfect way to release tension in my muscles. Both of our massage therapists were incredible, highly skilled and had postive relaxing vibes. I can't wait to go back!

Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly owner & staff. I just wish I hadn't gone with deep tissue with the gal I got... I had so much bruising (and pain) for DAYS!! Everyone who saw my arms and back (it was summer when I went) thought I got into a fight or an accident. I know some bruising can occur, but I'll definitely ask for another massage therapist if I decide to go back to this location. It is a little ways out and I live fairly close in Lake Stevens. And wasn't the cheapest... I was so excited too since it had been YEARS since I treated myself to a massage. My aunt who I took for her birthday said her gal was one of the best massage therapist she's ever had. Younger gal... can't remember her name. Keep these things in mind if you decide to give it a try! I just didn't have good luck but my aunt did so that's why this is just okay review/stars.

The location & the foundation is high in it's vibration. This truly is a hidden little secret tucked way up in the foothills. If you are a Healer.... this energy space is safe inside its own sacred... This space and the healers who provide holistic therapy are accomplished and I have much respect for all my healing experiences here. I am an energy healer and I choose this space and its sacred for when I need my personal healing. All the therapist give off an incredible positive energy. I look forward to coming back and connecting with all the therapist. If you have just completed ceremony, psychic traveling, or any shamanic healing then this place is perfect for the start of your integration phases. The Massage Therapist/Energy Healer act as a true conduit an are extremely respectful with letting your experience be your experience.
