I love this spa. The reception staff is very warm and friendly. The waiting area is nicely appointed. All the clinicians are friendly and skilled. I've had massage, waxing, facials, and eye lash extentions put on there. I really love the on line booking. It is so easy. I can make my appointment when it is convenient for me.

So-so. I was not impressed by the facial and although I warned them on registration form and told to the master Rosa I have a sencetive skin I got harsh treatment and my skin is in bad condition for the 5th day. They need to customize treatment according to skin condition and not go ahead with standard procedure not matter what. Although scalp massage was good!
