Nice bubble tea house. Cozy environment. Very warm service. Fresh and a lots of variety. I had banana ice bubble tea. Tapioca little hard, not soft enough. Order with sugar options would be nice.

I love this location of the Fresh Tea Shop! It’s in an older building on Main in Newmarket, which gives it some charm! There’s lots of places to sit & chat, a great place to come with a friend to catch-up! The staff were kind & quick, and I executed my go-to, orange iced tea with strawberry boba definitely a must visit!

The clerks are nice and friendly. The environment looks clean and ‘fresh’, offering a sitting zone.

Got some good vegan bubble tea. They had lots of milk alternatives: oat, almond, soy, etc. Very tasty. Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

Service is friendly, thought we'd try the bubble teas as this shop is the only one within walking distance that serves bubble tea in downtown Newmarket. I would've been happy with the taste if I hadn't had so many better drinks from the popular taiwanese franchise bubble tea shops. Overall, too sweet and no option to adjust sugar or ice level. It's okay for a one-off purchase. The tapioca wasn't as chewy and fresh, but again I'm being picky as I've had many excellent tasting bubble teas. A convenient and prime location, so no need to worry about customer retention.

Been going here since like 2016 and I really like their staff as of lately! Always smiling, fast workers, and make my drinks perfectly def my favorite coffee spot on main Street. I really like the quality of the matcha they use, and have even purchased some from the shop in the past it's always worth it for me to go here when I can

Very nice little tea shop in Newmarket. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. My coffee Americana was very tasty! My daughter and wife had teas which they also enjoyed.

I love the fresh tea shop, probably the best place to buy bubble tea. I became obsessed with the milk tea they have there. They have a reward system that u didnt know about for a while. I didnt have the app and didn't know there was a card version of it! Buy 10 items get free large tea! There are other rewards on the way to like free fruit Pearl's and free upgrade in size. 9/10 only down fall it's a but pricey

Worst bubble tea place I've been to, 4 times I've been here there is no tapioca. But to make it even worst the two tea we got were diluted with no flavouring and no sweetener. It tasted more like water with a bit of flavouring than a tea. EDIT: Maybe around 4ish? And we ordered the Black Honey and Coconut Dream, both very diluted and tasted like water.
