The Flower Basket

The online sales service is completely useless. I´ve placed two orders today, the second one after the first was cancelled. Both were cancelled because the two different baskets that I ordered are sold out, what is an understandable reason but this should be indicated at your website or, at least, give costumers a call rather than sending an automatic email notifying that the order has been cancelled two hours after it was placed. Up to you keep doing things like that and losing sales instead of gaining new clients.
