The Fish Basket

AMAZING! I have contemplated driving back just to have more! Super friendly service. French fries are amazing. Whitefish is so fresh with the best breading I've ever tasted on fish. I was reluctant because I love perch only but this is the best fish ever. We got a 1/2lb basket and ordered another 1/4lb order! Kids enjoyed it and the homemade coleslaw was delicious! You need to stop here if you are going anywhere in the area!

We ordered fish and chips and fish tacos here. The fish (locally caught whitefish) is super-fresh and the food was great! Even the hand-cut fries were really tasty and much better than your average side order of fries.. Will definitely go back when in the area. Note: Cash only.

Don't be perplexed by the laid back atmosphere. If you're looking for fresh caught fish, well seasoned and served with fresh homemade Cole slaw and fries. Look no further, this is the spot. Many of the customers were regular locals

This is definitely a place you should check out if you are in Munising! Apparently the fish is fresh daily! We got the shrimp basket and fish basket! The shrimp were incredible and so was the fish! The only reason why I'm not giving a 5 star review is because the fries weren't the best! A little soggy but all in all this is a place you should check out ! Also, they have fish sandwiches which are missing from the menu it seems? But they have them! Somewhere hidden?

The owner, Sam, is clearly proud of his product. The fish basket (Superior whitefish) and fish taco (Superior trout) were both amazing. As fresh as can be since the fish was still swimming earlier today! Will definitely come back next time we get here.
