Kevin Ryan has been preparing savoury food concepts behind the scenes in some of Ottawa’s most reputable kitchens for over 25 years. Heavily influenced by southern USA and South West Asian cuisine, Kevin’s biggest love is the reaction he gets when people sink their teeth into their first bite of one of his creations. Presentation is important but it’s truly the impact of that first bite that makes Kevin one of Ottawa’s most creative chefs. Kevin is the proud owner and operator of The Filling Station.
Michael Guibault is an Algonquin College Chef graduate and is a serious, dedicated, foodie. His keen interest in food flavours and character keeps Kevin on his toes. Together, Kevin and Michael constantly inspire variety and passion to The Filling Station gourmet menu. There isn’t anything these two won’t try!
