We started out in the gift shop which had lots of cool unique items for sale. Then we had lunch. I had the hamburger which was tasty. My wife had the bacon cheese hot dog which was also very good. They even have a great playground for children.
Great place to get take out, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fresh food. We came here for the bread recommended by one of the best chowder places nearby.
My usual stop in Whycocomagh! Several types of coffee, fresh sweets, pies, breads, soup of the day including chowder... frozen food to take home chili is awesome, meat - and a large inventory of clothes, souvenirs, packs in the adjoining store! Great little dinning area for R&R before getting back on the road! They are located at the round about - big red building with plenty of parking ! It's worth the stop!!
Nice place. If you have time, should go to take a look and buy some food. The staff was very nice
Fun space to stop by for a snack or to check out the gift shop. Farmer’s Daughter has a food area, an ice cream shop, a bakery, a grocery store, and a gift shop. Lots of markers indicating how far you are from here on route. We had the potato skin, the corn chowder, and the strawberry short cake. It took around 15 minutes to receive our order and there was a small space near the back of the shop for dining in. Food was alright, but not memorable. Worth dropping by as there are may be something that you might find interesting there.
Cute and fun little place. So many cool things inside!
Great spot to stop at when driving by! Awesome lil bakery with delicious goods. Has other items that vary from local to bigger name brands. Also has a slightly cluttered gift shop, but has an awesome selection of unique goodies.
I always love coming here for the homebaked goods, candy, and a bite to eat. When I was ordering some food, the supervisor or manager was belittling an employee to do a task and demanded it done now. Very unprofessional and tone with other customers was unreal. To top things off our food came out cold. Last time will be there. All the best with your supervisors and management. Cheers
Me and my family dine there a few times. Only to be provided an old fashioned menu frozen food, reheated. Nothing creative. Dishes are served in plastic plates which seem a decade old. I don't think cutleries are washed and sanitised the right way with the old food stuck on their utensils. There were flies when we visited there and we witnessed flies going into the bread bags when the bread is on the rack to cool down. Also If plates are not washed and sanitised well I can only guess how bad their kitchen utensils are to cook our food. One good thing is they have a lot of baked foods. Hope you don't get sick from eating farmers food.
Waited over a hour for our food. The dining area was freezing with no heat. Ended up getting the food to go. The breakfast was just dumped in a box, bread was soggy from the grease. Will not be coming back here.
