Honestly, this is the best falafel I've ever had! Everything is handmade. The pita is freshly stretched and heated in front of you. It's super soft, super chewy, hot and fresh, with a texture similar to crepe. The falafel is perfectly seasoned and super crispy. Sauces are tame; just needs a bit more work. Definitely the best I've ever had in Ottawa. Traditional Syrian style. All vegetarian.
Nice stop for a quick snack……. Zatar is nice on the “ Zatar Pizza” $7 at Aberdeen. Good for experience but a bit pricey for the final product……
