Charles is the top clock expert! Highly knowledgeable on the history of all types of clocks; Did a wonderful job bringing my 150+ year-old grandfather clock back to life--and at less than the estimated cost! Many thanks again!

Needed a clock service found price reasonable
I have sent clocks and watches for repair to Charles and his team many times over the last few years. I've never sent him an easy repair. Ever. I know the repairs I send will take time but will come back as good as new. Never failed us and always quality work. Keep up the great work Empire Group!!
Service is great and the staff is friendly. They've cleaned and serviced several of my watches, including some that were my fathers. They came back looking almost new again, even though they have considerable wear.
Love this place. Very friendly, helpful and crazy about clocks like me!
