Went in to get a new leather strap put on an old omega watch. Received excellent service from Joseph. Done quickly and provided great advice. Will be coming back when in need of watch servicing. Joseph is also a swatch and Rolex certified technician.

This guy is THE best. I wanted to enlarge my late grandfather's watch bracelet so I could wear it as it has a deep sentimental value for me. I had already tried 5 other watch repairing places, they all said they couldn't do it unless I had the extra links. But this guy just took a quick look and know a way to do it noone else knew, quote me a fair price for the work and did it PERFECTLY in seconds on the spot and was so friendly and I could tell he's a good person. My advice to you reading this is don't waste your time, for any watch repairs go straight see this guy!

Yosef did a great job resizing my watch band, he made sure to size once, then adjust for optimal comfort. Fair pricing, would recommend!
