It’s a restaurant that provides its guests with a place they can call home-base every single day and not just an occasional customer.
Our philosophy is simple: sustainable operational practices in combination with our attention to preparing locally crafted dishes made from our own backyard. The goal is simple: to be a leader in food service industry in sustainability in North Western Ontario.
In addition, we want to promote building heritage, what once used to be an old diner will be a place not only the locals will be talking about but the travellers who come see the beauty in our region.
