Great burgers and great location. Pool tables, tvs, good food, a good selection of drinks, and a great view are available at this establishment. At the time of writing, they only accept cash, debit, and Visa no Amex or mastercard. I just wished the river rafting would start up again because that was a blast in the summer.
Great place to eat friendly staff, Been here many times always an enjoyable experience. Great fishing spot up the street.
Great Rural Roadhouse, good atmosphere, great food, wide selection of beverages. Great service. NO DRINKING AND DRIVING though! Plan Ahead!
Classic diner burger and all the sides. Worth the drive!
I love this place! Nice tavern with great burgers. Highly recommend the Stanley burger
Decent large burger , hand cut fries. unique place
Always good. Busy little place so may be a little wait for food but plenty of nice cold beverages to pass the time with. Super friendly!
Have the Stanley burger and a beer...watch the river go by. Good times.
Classic Stanley Burger, although not quite as big as it used to be in its hay day. Deep fried pub food nothing special but awesome remote location that lets you feel like your truly in the country. Worth a visit beer is expensive bathrooms are pretty nasty. Visit in the summer as you can sit in the front screen porch. More nostalgia then anything for me. Still rate it a 4 star as its a pretty cool place.
It's good at being what it is. Pretty typical Thunder Bay vibes, in the sense that it never really evolved past the 80's. Greasy food served on styrofoam plates. Probably just needs a jukebox and an introduction to 21st century cuisine to keep it in the paint for another forty years.
