Needed rechargeable battery for my vape unit, found and bought it. Nice little shop mainly glass pipes and bongs of all sorts.

My partner and I went here today to buy a vaporizer. All of this stuff is completely new to us, so we had no idea what we wanted going in. We were helped by Tyler, who did a really great job explaining all of the different models at different price ranges to us. He really helped us buy what will most fit our needs. He has very helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about everything. We will absolutely be back :

This place is alright. Been there a bunch. Decent products. Nice bongs. Decent staff. I'm unhappy with a new guy working there. Went in to get a 12 buck adapter. Package was labelled as 12 dollars. Called ahead and was told 12 dollars. After I'm rung up, the math doesn't seem right... I ask him to break down the costs. He says the piece was 15. I say well it was labelled as 12... Anyway, basically he tried to slide that through. Didn't correct himself or apologize for the error. Etc. So it depends who you get. That guy wasn't the best. Long blonde hair, facial hair. If he's working the counter, review your costs being paying.

NEVER OPEN WHEN IT SAYS IT IS! NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I visited the store to get something for my friend’s bday. The guys is friendly and knowledgable. He explained a lot to me about what should i select for my friend. The store has a good selection, the price is decent. Recommend.

Friendly and welcoming staff each and every time. Always have what im after. Prices aren't ridiculous, but are what to expect being in Forrest Hill! Highly recommended store all in all

Horrible customer service! I purchased a vaporizer here, it stopped working after a month. I took the device back, they told me to come back later in the week when the manager was working, he would be able to help. I returned during the specified time, no manager working, only an employee who refused to even look at the device and was more interested in his buddy who stopped by to hang out during his shift. I contacted the manager by email, who said they won’t accept returns as they have been burned by suppliers and gave me the supplier contact info. I contacted the supplier and they said they were going to speak with the manager, in an attempt to provide me the ability return to return my defective device to the store, who would be compensated by the supplier, but they refused. The Dragon doesn’t want you as customer, they just want your money. Do yourself a favour, research a shop who stands behind the products they sell, shop there and stay away from the Dragon!

Visited today. The guy working there treated me like a very important customer even though I was only looking to spend a couple bucks on rolling papers. Told me everything I needed to know about papers. Positive experience, would go back.

Not sure who this store is targeted at, but even with its convenience it’s useless to me. Pricing and selection is just plain bad. For a small purchase it’s gonna be cheaper for me to drive downtown, pay for parking and go to relatively expensive THC. The service was extremely lukewarm and unhelpful as well. One and done for me here
