I don't write review unless I really felt like a store deserves it; this store is amazing. The staff is so friendly and informative. They walk you through all the products and show you how everything works. I was expecting to be overwhelmed but the two gentlemen working there were so helpful. They were so genuine and made me feel less overwhelmed. They let me try so many different flavours! If your looking to quit smoking or interested in a new hobby, this is the place to go. I still cannot get over how good their customer service was. -Graham

I'm never coming back here. Every time I come back, they stop selling the kit or the parts of the kits that I purchased, and the only kits available are increasingly more expensive. There's no consistency with their product line and they keep jacking up the prices each time I come back. Plus, the kits I purchased broke easily for all sorts of ridiculous reasons. I definitely do not recommend!

I've gone to this business a several times and they never have what I'm looking for. Not to mention they're pricier than most of their competitors good life vape has never had the tanks/coils/mods I've looked for and their selection of nic salt is extremely limited I feel that if I'm going to pay a premium I should at l should at the very least get exactly what I went for to begin with. IRS difficult to recomend this place I suppose it's worth checking out because the staff are friendly but if you dont find what you want I wouldnt expect your next visit to be any different and dont way I didn't tell you so I for sure wont be back

Was just at the Bloor location, I've been going there for 5 years,the service is always excellent, amazing staff,very helpful .I feel like my business matters to them. Just stopped by today for some juice and the girl with red dreads was amazing. I have never had a bad experience with this staff! 5cstar!!!

Good people with constantly updating product. These guys know their stuff and enjoy everything related to vaping. If you want to quit smoking - visit these guys and be honest and ask lots of questions. Take your time - it's time well spent.

I went in recently to buy some replacement coils T20 for my Endura unit. The clerk as usual was friendly and certainly did try to look for them, but they were out of stock. Ok, that does happen. But, this was still a bit annoying as they were selling this model of vape pen until recently, You would think they would have put some some coil stock aside for existing customers. Nope. I then asked the clerk how long it would take to order the coils. I was told "by the end of the week" this was a Sunday. I left. Ultimately I was able to order them online that Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday afternoon at my door with non-rush delivery. I really have to wonder why a store would need three more days to order a consumable product for a vape pen they used to sell and I assume sold in quantity as they were in stock for some time than an online retailer relying on Canada Post. I always prefer to help my local retailers if I can, but it's pretty hard to support Goodlife.

Great Store! They have a tremendous selection of flavours that you can try before you buy. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Jian walked me through the how-to's of vaping do's and don'ts and how to select a device that would work for me. I definitely recommend Good Life Vapes to friends and family. :

Just bought a crown 3 from my regular vape store, thank you again for the amazing customer service and wicked atmosphere. Being able just to chill and vape and talk to you guys about thing and enjoy a soft drink :. I highly recommend this place to anyone for information or just a place to enjoy a vape. Also there very informative on today's products that are on the market

First I must give kudos to Good Life Ecigs on Yonge Street for the positively fabulous service I received during my visit and subsequent purchase. I was ordering ecigs from the U. S. and became so frustrated paying the exorbitant currency exchange and S&H charges that I eventually started buying cigarettes again. I detest everything about regular cigarettes and my precious puppy got so upset whenever I tried sneaking a puff. Through Yelp and to my good fortune I found Good Life Ecigs which happens to be about a 15 minute walk for my puppy and me. As mentioned, the service is fabulous with all sales agents displaying incredible product knowledge, delightful and welcoming dispositions, awesome assistance and refreshing patience when I asked about 100 questions. Another excellent perk is that Good Life Ecigs is totally dog friendly which is awesome as I don't go anywhere without my 6 month old puppy the store has a lovely aromatic scent at all times. Good Life offers a huge selection of juices/liquids from delectable fruit & veggie, desert, cocktail, unique tobacco flavours just to name a few. The ambiance is wonderful with a comfy lounge area for customers to sit and try different flavour juices/liquids at their leisure. The prices are extremely competitive and my entire purchase including 2 great tasting liquids was less than anywhere else I checked in Toronto. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Good Life Ecigs and I am looking forward to returning to try new juices/liquid for my new ecig, which I am thoroughly enjoying. I would definitely recommend popping into Good Life Ecigs to enjoy the store's wonderful experience and products for yourself. I know that I am thrilled with my new ecig unit. I love to patronize local Canadian owned businesses and giving my business to young Canadian entrepreneurs.
