This is a detailing shop and they say "the devil is in the details". Let me assure you there are no demons here, only angels that will make your vehicle look heavenly again. They should give out free magnifying glasses so that you may possibly find a spec of dirt after they are done. And you likely will not find any. By far THE BEST detailing shop I have ever tried in the past 30+ years without exaggeration.

I've been coming to The Detail Pros for 2 years now. It's hands down the best detailing shop in Brampton! You won't be disappointed.

Best detailing shop in the GTA. staff are nice and always accommodating to please their customers. I always leave with my car as clean as I hoped for it to be.

Terrible customer service. I gave my boyfriend a gift certificate for a detailing and he chose to redeem it apparently after management changed and they weren't going to honour it. After a difficult exchange they finally accepted it (something I fully paid for and was within the one year expiry!).

Made an appointment and called in to say we were going to be a little bit late and but they still confirmed that it was possible to fit us in. Once we made the one hour drive from Toronto during rush hour and made it there we were told a different story. Total waste of time and we had to reschedule. 

Once we finally got the car detailed, the job looked rushed (probably to spite us) and they were even late in getting the car back to us.

Would not recommend going the gift certificate route, perhaps they work better when they get paid after the job is done.

I own an older BMW and had a goal. The goal was to bring it back to life and make head turns considering half the cars on the road today are family sedans that could use a little TLC. 

My decision was between this company and another company that specializes in paint restoration. Not only did the meet my expectations, they went above and beyond and made me incredibly happy. 

It's not everyday you can take a 14 year old vehicle and make it outstanding. It's nice to be able to continue on with my normal routines at the coin wash and have heads turn and people compliment the car. I owe it all to this company for being an expert in what they do. 

Time is everything. Don't rush the professionals. It's worth it at the end of the day. Rent a car, use Uber. Do whatever it takes to get around while you leave your car and let the pros go at it. 

Detailing is an art. Check it out on YouTube and you'll see how serious car detailing is and how far you can go with it. It's serious business and I hope this review helps the next client interested in getting something done. 

I went for the extreme compound polish, buff and ceramic pro 9H package. Well worth every penny.
