In N Out Carwash, Detailing, Window Tinting Centre

I always have to inspect my car before driving off the lot. I usually get the full package and it's never clean... I pay for vacuuming, there's dirt on the seat and under the seat. they never clean the console, I have streak marks from where they pass the cloth over but never completely wipe down. my doors will still have dirt marks when they have it over. it's just frustrating that after waiting on a busy day, I need to ask you to do exactly what I paid for which delays the process even more. this isn't a one time experience, I go at varied times. they are consistently inconsistent.

Very poor service I took works plus package they didn't vacuum my car didn't clean Matt's not hand dried I dunno what they all are doing around cars it was my last visit there I would never come back don't go there back better clean your car by yourself

I've had a very bad experience here today. My car was there at 9am for detailing. At 2pm I go to pick it up but the outside was not even washed. They then wanted me to join the long line of cars to go through the wash! I could not wait and was given a $15 voucher - but I paid $157 for a service that I did not receive. I waited for a dayoff without my kids to get this done and now I'm still driving a dirty car and I'll have to return some other time and still wait in line. I'm hoping a manager will rectify this situation.

I've been going to this place for 17 years & recommend it to my friends always. I love that it is locally owned & operated. The value is good. I don't expect a fully detailed vehicle if I didn't buy the full detail package. I expect to get what I paid for & I feel they deliver on that. Thank you to all the staff - I can tell they all appreciate my business.

The service on kennedy road I wouldn't recommend. The type of car dictate the type of service you get. If you drive a low end car forget it. You are better off at a coin wash doing it yourself. Twice tried it nah!!! Go to the one off Williams
