The Dailey Method will seriously transform your body. I love that it is only one hour, and it's low impact so doesn't hurt any of my old injuries, and yet after every class I leave shaking because I have exerted myself so much! Such a great and intense work out! It's only one hour, but not only does it have strength training, it also combines cardio, stretching, and even a cool-down relaxation period at the end of the class. The pace is quick, and we jump from one thing to another so before I know it my work out is over none of that constantly checking the clock feeing. The studio is always incredibly clean, bright, and all of the staff are lovely. The package deals are also great! I cannot suggest this workout studio enough!!
Great facility for a workout. Not just for women even though most men will find it much harder than they think that's just a sign you need to do more of this activity! Always a great experience with exceptional staff no matter if you're taking a spin or barre class. I recommend getting a pass and doing a mix of the spin and barre for great overall fitness.
I have been going to the kits studio for 2 years now. The workout was really difficult at first that is how I know how much stronger I am now. It's restorative and I feel energized rather than exhausted when I leave like I have from other workouts. The facility is clean and the staff make the whole experience enjoyable. I love it!
Great place for a combined spin and pilates / barre workout! They have cool scented towels and a great bathroom / change area. Instructors seem to turn over quickly but they are all pretty good at what they do!
This is first time I felt like I am doing something great for my body and mind. I took two classes and the classes are tough for me as a beginner but I am feeling great and would like to go for more! There's something addicting in this method. I can't exercise at all but I am proud of myself to complete the full hour; the trainer Meaghan is so professional; she gives individual attention and alignment correction to everyone in class. Something I never saw in other group classes. Hatha yoga by Mandy she's great is a different level! I felt so relaxed and rejunuvated after the session. A whole new approach and what I like most is connecting with your body and mind! Hats off guys! I felt the package is bit expensive but I would pay that amount of money for the clean, unique facility , trainers and for the method itself!
I took the dailey barre class with Kylie Prokopetz. It involves a lot of small, repetitive movements in challenging positions using your own body weight as resistance e.g. pulsing up and down while in a squatting position. It was very challenging, but the breaks were spread out enough to allow you to recover between sets. I also enjoyed the stretching that was interspersed throughout the workout.
First workout that I've experienced in a long time that works! I LOVE THIS WORKOUT. Fun, safe, and welcoming environment. Slowly been intoducing my friends to the method and continue to do so. Love love love it!
Had a great time working out in Jey's Barre class! Tough workout, inviting atmosphere, and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!
Highly motivating teachers with big smiles. Live the cylce classes where there is 4 mins on the bike and 20 floor exercises. Known for Barre classes.
Its not often that you find something that is so great for you body and mind which also has such a loving and supportive community. I would recommend the Dailey Method to anyone!!
