I had my first yoga class ever in my life at Grace Yoga and I enjoy it 100%!! The teacher Kavita was an amazing teacher. I will definitely go back.
Grace Yoga is always a welcoming environment from the moment you step inside. Kavitha is one of the best instructors and what I call yoga royalty! She gets to know all those who practice with her and is really in tune with body limitations to know when to encourage you to take a stretch further or modify for safety. Every class is exciting and different, as she focuses on teaching the foundation to stretches for all levels.
Grace Yoga is simply perfection. From the moment I arrived at the door it just exudes peace and excellence. Shelli greeted me with love as always and John's class was the perfect balance of effort and ease. If I lived closer I would attend class every day!
There is so much to love about this yoga studio! The entire staff is welcoming and positive. I adore the energy and aesthetic of Grace Yoga... it is absolutely gorgeous. Moving back to Baton Rouge and entering the doors to the studio felt like I was coming home. Charolette Andrews' restorative is as divine as ever both physically and mentally. Elena Keegan is a powerful force to be reckoned with and I cannot wait to discover more teachers and classes offered from Yoga Grace's large amount of offerings. Shelly and Shannon, thank you for elevating this space with your creativity, authenticity and passion.
The staff was warm and welcoming. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and seasoned in her approach to the class. There was variation throughout to add advanced movements or modify positions if you had injuries. It was an absolutely lovely time.
Instructor greeted each participant with genuine interest in her/his desired outcome for the session. Staff was welcoming and helpful to me as new client. Looking forward to next visit!
I drove in from Lafayette to take Ashtanga class on Sunday morning. It was worth the drive--I really enjoyed the class! The instructor exuded warmth and kindness, and his assists were gentle. The yoga studio is among the nicest I've seen. I wish I lived closer so I could attend classes regularly, but I plan to drive in on the weekends every now again.
The minute I walked into the door, I felt a welcoming presence and I was greeted by Regina! She is so kind, very helpful, helped us pick a fantastic mat, and has such a wonderful personality. The vibe inside the studio and the attitude of the staff, guest, and teachers was more than I expected. I left feeling so happy after my first ever yoga class. I'm going to start going every week! Thank you!
Grace Yoga had great vibes/energy! People wanted to be there. It was clean, staff were super friendly/professional and the teacher actually paid attention to those of us in the class. He took the time to interact w/us, provided praise and corrected form when needed. Highly recommend and will be back!
The facility was clean, open and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. Class started on time. The Reformer II class with Heather was challenging but she also provided modifications as needed. Great class. I will be back.
