Delicious cupcakes! Happy to see all the vegan options they had as well.

First time visiting this location was a few years ago and the cake balls were amazing. Very flavorful and you were able to distinguish flavors and varieties. I was in the area the other day and stopped in and bought some cake balls. It was mid afternoon and their weren't many varieties to choose from. Once I picked my selection they were piled on top of each other in a bag. Once I had gotten them home, some of the toppings and decoration fell off. I remembered them being boxed my last visit. The cake balls tasted like they were old and had no distinct flavors to each one. I was very disappointed.

Everything my family has ever purchased from here has been AMAZING!!!! The atmosphere is so cute, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Very easy to work with when placing special orders. We always include treats from this shop for any holiday or occasion. They even are able to accommodate some of my family members that are vegan! Best in the area, and I would never go elsewhere. I cannot recommend this place enough!

They really shouldn't advertise that they have vegan cupcakes, since they use shared equipment with their other non-vegan things to make them. As someone who's a vegan and allergic to dairy, it feels like false advertising. You can't say it doesn't have animal products in it, if in fact it does. Just letting other vegans know because for some people this is important, and I don't really care to get the long-winded reply defending your actions like you've given other people.
