I don’t know why this company has bad reviews. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with cumis although I’ve never made a claim. They’re quick to answer the phone and always offer the lowest rates out of any of the other insurance companies.

Good insurance company except that it takes forever to get a hold of them!  Always be ready for a long time on hold when you call them.  Look at the photo I included of how long I was on hold for an agent.

Tough to get ahold of anybody but a robot. Cc the insurance board for faster results via email.

Not sure how CUMIS has got bad reviews, I have been customer for 10 years home&autos and definitely no complaints. They have competitive rates and I have always received fast and friendly service! Definitely recommend the company!

Trying to reach someone by phone to pay the premium due on my auto insurance. Long wait times...no one answers!

Have been a customer for years. Very happy with service
