Bought a USED couch and loveseat over a year and a half ago.  My mom had an empty apartment and was desperate.  The price was good at, I believe it was $350. It was soiled, and kinda gross. We asked for it to be cleaned and they said it was "as is", but if we wanted it cleaned the price would go up to $500. I put it on lay away with some 1/3 down. I picked them up a week.later.
A few months out we had a bed bug problem .
Major infestation in the love seat. Also the couch.

Great selection of furniture! Prices were set pretty high for the quality and age. While friendly, customer service was minimal.
