I have never personally been to their store, but I have ordered three or four times now, and they always respond promptly and as soon as I send the e-transfer, it's in the mail that day or the next day. They always have exactly what I need and are super friendly when I chat with them about what I'm looking for. If I ever make it to Edmonton, they will for sure be my first stop. Thanks from a small town in northern Ontario that has almost zero options for cross stitch supplies.
Great selection with very knowledgeable and patient staff. They definitely went the extra mile helping me find everything I needed and offered many helpful tips for this newbie.

Such a huge selection of supplies. After buying aida online for years, it's so nice to have a place that cuts it so that you just buy the size you actually need. I'll definitely be coming back for my next project
Absolutely amazing to work with. I live in the Yukon, and they have been so accommodating, consulting online and by phone, and having patience when I haven’t been able to respond promptly. The prices are reasonable, their work is exceptional, and the selection in-store is vast and well-curated.
The ladies there always go above and beyond and such a pleasure to speak with! Picked up my thread today and they helped me find just what I needed and made it such an easy experience ordering over the phone and having curb side pick up. Their products are such beautiful quality! If you are looking for unique hand dyed threads this is the place! Such an amazing crafting gem in the city!
This is the best craft shop with the most amazing staff. Great advice and products with outstanding customer service. I couldn’t figure out which q-snap frame or accessories I needed. I quick call to Suzie and she had me sorted and my items ready for pick up right away. This shop is now my go to for supplies. SHOP LOCAL! :
