Extremely knowledgeable.  I asked them to match a frame that I had bought in England.   They were able to track down the original type and although it was out of stock find me a beautiful alternative that matched the style I was seeking.  The framing job was gorgeous.

Closes 5 or 10 min almost every day it seems, makes it hard to get there after work
