Can I add another 5 stars? Great food, staff and atmosphere. Holy small world with ties back to Hamilton as well. Will definitely be back when back in town for work!!!!!

Ate here with a group of 8 on a quiet Sunday afternoon.  Service was excellent as was the food.  Everyone got something different and only had good things to say.  One of downtown Pembroke's best places to eat.

I want to love it here.. the atmosphere is lovely and staff are kind... but I have been here 3 times and on each time I regretted it. .. food had been so under seasoned every time and poorly made.. today after my first 2 poor experiences I orders eggs and toast ( idiot proof) my hash browns were awful they tasted like they sat all day and were microwaved the waitress offered me news ones after 20m I was offered wedges and after I left I realized I didn't even get my fresh fruit that was one the menu.. also my over med eggs were sunny side up.. the service is terribly slow so plan to stay awhile like over an hour or two

First time being inside, very nice low light setting, very friendly waitress as well as helpful. Food was good and there wasn't a long wait for it either. I would go back

Another nice place, this time in Pembroke. Compact menu with not so safe or standard choices, willing to offer something different to those willing to try. Who would have thought mahi mahi this far from the ocean but my companion found it tasty but a little dry. I had a pub grub standard with the Guinness braised beef stew. We both had the soup of the day. Unfortunately the kitchen loves their salt in all that we tried. Otherwise the food was unexpectedly good.
Service was friendly but not intrusive, helpful and freely offered. But we were one of only two tables on the go at the time on a Monday. That alone will draw me back for a try of something else on offer.
