I have had better A&W but this is at the mall food court so I don't expect much. I'll grab a burger here occasionally but I'll usually eat elsewhere. Never had the issues of other reviewers so 4 stars.

Was the only person there waited 15 minutes while the cashier had her back to me on her phone. All I wanted was 1 rootbeer drink. I wasnt hungry just thirsty. Got Rootbeer that had no flavour syrup and was flat. Asked to get it fixed same cashier refilled my cup with the same flat no syrup drink. I dont expect much but the service was poor and they didnt fix my drink. Which cost $2.25

I dont expect much from fast food, but I do expect it to be fast. Drinks were flat, staff apparently doesn't like their jobs or manager and was really slow with flat soft drinks. I normally love A&W
