Awesome cookies, cupcakes and breads. The blueberry muffin bread is great. Love taking my grandson there to pick out treats. Very friendly employees also.

You CANNOT go wrong with the Cookie Factory. The cookies, brownies, cakes, and all of the other food is SO good. We get their seven layer cake once a year and it lasts us about a week with 3 people, sometimes less time than that. The Fudge Fancies (or Fantasies) are quite possibly my favorite cookie o this planet. The staff are always fun to chat with and the facilities are spotless.

Scrumptious cookies! There are 2 locations, one in Troy and one in Clifton Park. This bakery is definitely more cookie-focused than most bakeries but they do have little cheesecakes, cupcakes, bread, and pastries. Last time I was at the clifton park location with my boyfriend, we ordered 2 little cheesecakes (a raspberry topped and cherry topped one) and PB&J cookies (raspberry filling sandwiched between peanut butter cookies). Cheesecakes were delicious, though not as creamy-textured as I usually like. The PB&J cookies we've tried before and they continue to be delicious. If you can't make the drive to either location but live in the capital district, they sell varieties of packaged cookies in the bakery section in many Price Chopper and Hannaford supermarkets.

Friendly staff, and nice seating area to enjoy great lattes, and delicious baked goods, including fudge fantasies and anise cookies.

Can't praise the Cookie Factory enough! Wonderful cookies and other treats as well as wonderful staff!
