Probably the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. Each time I go I’m hoping it will be better than the last & each time I regret giving them a chance. Let’s start with the fact I’ve ordered a grilled cheese and now received it on 3 different kinds of bread, all without asking - still trying to figure out where the “grilled” part comes in because half the time the cheese isn’t melted in the slightest. On two separate occasions I’ve ordered and paid for a broccoli cheddar bread bowl to go, and upon getting home realized I got a CUP of broccoli cheddar - and a CUP of chicken noodle in which I didn’t even order. Moving on, the girls you order from up front are friendly and on point - however while sitting and eating you can enjoy listening to the servers and chefs talking about how much pot they smoked the night before or how much they had to drink. Not to mention the buss-boys appear to have taken one too many Xanax and can barely function let alone carry more than one plate at a time. Overall my experience at this Panera has been a joke and they will no longer receive my business. Enjoy.

“Would you rather sit next to a fat person or a disabled person?” Remarks from the mouths of at least four Panera employees while customers are trying to eat in peace, on a Saturday night of all times. Awful. I love Panera so much, and I am a LONG time customer of this one in particular, but I’m willing to travel if it means I don’t have to keep giving this store money. Management- get involved, I will be calling on a Monday about this god awful excuse of customer service.

Coffee had run out at 10:45 am on Feb. 10, so I informed THREE employees that the coffee eas out and people were waiting, including me. They truly could have cared less, and the coffee was not replaced for 20 minutes. No apology was offered, including from the manager on duty who was also informed by my friend. The Latham Panera is obviously more concerned with delivery than with the customers that patronize their business in person . How sad.

Rude customer service from the register workers. A young lady rolled her eyes when we said we were waiting on the rest of our family and uncomfortably stared at by another worker making us feel rushed to pick what we wanted. The manager took our order and he even seemed like he didn’t want to be here and was over us. He was also SO unpleasant when he brought our food to he table. Surprised to see that from a manager. Ive worked in the service industry for over 6 Years now and I am stunned how this even place runs.

Made a quick pit stop to grab lunch on the way to Canada. Choices of food are good with healthy options and big portions. The service was good and fast. The place was crowded and noisy.
