Lee is a very good and reliable agent. When he say he will do something he gets it done. I was a little sceptical at the beginning, but he came through in the end. He has a good team behind him which helps.

We recently hired Lee to sell our home. He was pretty confident of selling it within a week and that too at an attractive price point. To be honest, we were pretty skeptical at first since our home was in an area where houses don't typically sell fast, even in a heated market. In fact, we didn't even buy a home first because we were not sure how long we would have to wait. To our pleasant surprise, Lee sold our home in less than 2 days, and at the price point he predicted it will be. We would highly recommend his services to anyone who's looking to sell their home. Special shout out to Brenda, who staged our house so beautifully we thought for a moment about not selling it lol. And Sasha, who was so helpful during our home buying process. All in all, I would recommend Lee's team to anyone looking to sell their home.
