Reliable, punctual, honest, transparent, has your best interests at heart, extremely knowledgeable & truly caring - true definitions of the Puckrin & Latreille team. Brett & Cayleigh were so patient and understanding when we purchased & sold our home. Calmed our nerves, very reasonable and transparent. We felt so completely comfortable with using them and will do so every time. We could tell they truly cared & weren’t just in it for the sale. They truly made a stressful situation less stressful and were extremely professional the entire time. They were very flexible with showing times & went above and beyond to assist us.

Horrible experience !!! Me and my fiancé were looking to buy our first house and were recommended to Brett Puckrin by a family member. We were working with them for at least a couple month if not longer and his assistant sent us 2 houses, one was way over our budget. She never looked for houses for us and I had to find all the houses myself, and when I found a house we wanted to look at, it was almost impossible to schedule a time to go and see it, either she was busy or couldn’t show us after a certain time. We felt that because we could not afford a lot, that they didn’t care about finding a house for us. We ended up switching to Dan Plowman team and bought a house within 2 weeks of working with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone and unless you are willing to do all the work yourself I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We have nothing but praise for Brett and his outstanding team.  We knew from our first meeting with Brett that he would be the one to help us fulfil our dreams!  He gave good advice and was not pushy in any way.  Our house showed beautifully with the help of Brett and his team and sold quickly.  Brett then helped us to find our forever home which we moved into at the end of October 2017.  What Brett does not know about the Durham/Kawartha regions is not worth knowing...he is a wealth of knowledge and information.  Still to this day, Brett continues to answer any questions which may arise.  We no longer call Brett our Real Estate Agent but our friend.  Thank you Brett and your amazing team for helping us on this journey!!

Absolutely amazing team! 
My husband and I were looking for our forever home, Puckrin & Latreille helped us find it. Our real estate agent Cayleigh was fantastic, she helped find several prospective properties. We are new to living in “the country” and weren’t quite sure about the questions we should ask. Cayleigh was there every step of the way. At the properties we looked at, she was able to ask the important questions we wouldn’t think to ask (about a eptic tanks, well water, etc). 
The whole team is so helpful and accommodating. 
My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Puckrin & Latreille Real Estate Team for your next home!
