Wednesday morning ask for a quote for a motor vehicle..."will get back to you this afternoon" Didn't happen..still no response....tomorrow is Monday! For the most part of 45 years, ONLY dealt with Co-op...time for a change I guess.
My husband and I were with the cooperates for well over 45 years. The past few have been nothing but one issue after another, we are now in our 70's and have failing health problems but they have no sympathy or tolerance for that. We were just informed that our house insurance has been terminated! Not because we failed to pay but because they said they couldn't get in contact with us! My husband spent a month in the infirmary in Halifax and just 1 and a half months ago I had a stroke! I am now in rehab. My husband had been with me everyday while I was in the regional but in the rehab no family is permitted because of covid! When he was in Halifax I spent everyday with him! We have never missed a payment in all our years with them but that is not good enough for them! Shame on them for no compassion and cutting us off when we our at our most vulnerable years!
Nice insurance company to deal with. Agent Lisa Kehoe was fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgable, friendly and very patient with me. Great job.

When it takes me 1 trip to the office + 6 hours of emails and call requests to do a simple task that in the end required me to call my previous insurance agent to complete it for my current agent, I'm not happy!
