He has been our main representative who we connect with regarding our insurance needs. Danish is among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, efficient communication, professional, and supportive. I believe he had our interest at heart and found the best coverage for my family and I at a good price. We recently moved and bought a new car; his response and etiquette were beyond expected. He reached out to our lawyers and car dealership representative with the accurate information and promptly response. My father was with this company for many years and he recently passed away. I went to transfer his policy under my name and based on my driving experience and claims it went a little bit higher. Danish helped me so much in the whole process; he was very understanding and I think he should get employee of the month awards. Very professional and kind, he did not see me as an individual that will bring the company income, in the opposite he made sure I get the best possible solution he went beyond his way to find solutions that was the most convenient for me. Great customer service every time I have to deal with insurance claims. Danish is professional and makes the process as painless as possible!
Very disappointed in the service I have received trying to add a new vehicle to my policy. We sold one and purchased another. Dealership emailed the vehicle information to one of the agents who claimed she left messages but clearly she was not truthful my husband does not have voice-mail initialized and I was never reached until about 2 weeks later. We waited for her to get her stuff straight and she kept calling asking questions we had already answered. I finally had enough and called them to speak to a manager but the receptionist must have hung up or we got disconnected but when that happened I called another insurance company and was able to get all my info in and was awaiting an email with info from the insurance company before getting a call back from Co-operators. 18 years with Co-operators and completely disappointed with their service either due to new staff or new management, who knows they are just not helpful whatsoever.
Very happy with the service that Danish provided for me. Fast and reliable.
