Stay Away! Unethical, High Prices & No Expertise The Manager at this branch did not take the time to properly research or explain our auto policy when we called with a concern, which then caused our insurance to double. After unhappily signing the new contract, a month later we were casually informed that the rate would actually increase by 4 TIMES what we had been paying before the claim. No real reason, no apology for the inconvenience, or for the "mistake" made in their calculations. After this callous customer service I contacted the office, and was called by the owner then passed the blame onto his colleague - claiming he knew more about life insurance and really it was his co-worker who knew about auto insurance :( Great. Could have told us that when we were calling for help with auto insurance questions! The owner then told me if I could find another agency who would do the double rate - I should sign with them - and get them to sign an agreement that they wouldn't double the rate again after the signing the contract - JUST LIKE HE DID!!!!! WOW! So.... The first payment for the giant insurance bill understandably bounced, causing an NSF fee, then a second withdrawal was attempted a WEEK after our cancellation - causing yet ANOTHER NSF fee - then finally last week The Cooperators withdrew a $60 penalty fee which they had said would not exist. ***We did not authorize ANY of those withdrawals for those amounts. *** We asked they AT LEAST return the $60 fee so we wouldn't make this situation public. They chose not to answer.

Mr Shooman was very pressie in delivering the information. I run a storefront- business, that in of itself, has many needs and complicated requirements, between our company needs and the mall administrations', Mr Shooman took the time to discus with the mall all their requirements and met them all after several visits whereby he made the necessary and much needed changes. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable We highly recommend their services..

Poor knowledge, poor communications, senseless billing with unacceptable and sometimes varying explanations, bad experience all round
