Terrible experience. Vanessa sent me erroneous documents a whopping 6 times in a row. Avoid this office if you want to actually get decent service. Pathetic.

RIchard was extremely helpful setting up our business insurance coverage. He was extremely thorough and spent time explaining the details. He offered us a very competitive package that included all the important requirements in our lease.

Was able to get a great quote (cheapest from all the other companies) from The Co-operators with great service! Maria even stayed after closing time to make sure I got the policy ready for next day. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Misspelled my names several times (John not Jon) , put me on hold several times , and the icing on the cake was they told me use another insurance company even though my family and friends use them. WHAT A JOKE OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY. IM HAPPY I USED BEL-AIR DIRECT AS I SAVED $70 A MONTH

They looked at our situation, took the time to explain all available options and helped us to choose a policy that best suited our needs. Thank you to Richard and staff at the Co-operators for helping save us money while providing better auto coverage than we previously had.
