Since Lan has returned I have been getting the service I have come to expect from this broker,
The horror I have been going through in the last month. What happened to the customer service here?? Trying to get my insurance straightened out and don't get a call back, calling three times and dealing with everyone in the office and having three different answers, and when I finally get an email try and reply only to find out that it was returned undeliverable. Not to mention the rudeness that I received when asking questions. The only person I have had luck dealing with is no longer there... Dealt direct with Harry and all he wanted to do is direct me with someone else with promises I would get a call from her, two weeks later I called again, got her, she said she had no idea what I was even talking about and again promising to call me back, again... Two weeks later called again and spoke to Jenny, who couldn't answer any one of my questions, and she promised to email me back, after a week I emailed her, yup. Undeliverable... All this after a family member actually cancelled their policy with them because of the same issues, I would recommend going anywhere else but here.

I have been buying insurance of one kind or another the whole course of my life - 60 years. House, car, life, etc. because it is what you need.
This office has a staff member named Jen, who walked me through a revamp of my insurance situation when I moved to Guelph after my husband died.
The first time ever I have actually UNDERSTOOD what and why I was buying the various insurances. She explained everything in layman's terms and gave me the info to make an educated decision. Fabulous!!! Will stick with this company until the day I die!
ps this was NOT the first insurance company I went to when I arrived in Guelph, but the 8th or 9th. I shopped around, on line as well as various agents in town. Love their pricing, love their service, would recommend them and JEN especially, and have often done so.

I had terrible experience with this branch, after purchasing my insurance from them i thought to check what would other companies charges, statefarm was charging me 270 dollars while when i contacted other insurance companies they offer a price around 140 a month, I purchased the policy from the statefarm on thursday evening and called them on friday morning at 9am to cancel it. I left the voicemail for the rep who setup the policy for me, she didn't bother to reply till friday evening and said that there would be no cost if i send an email. i wrote her the email while she was on call with me next week they told me there is a 87.00 dollar fee for cancelling.
this branch of statefarm are terrible at doing business and providing service, they didn't even bother to listen to me or let me escalate the issue, would not recommend anyone to do business with them
