Always helpful. Compassionate care during difficult times. Quick response to requests for service. I’ve been a multi-product client for 25 years.

Looking for insurance but need assurance? After 3 years with them I can assure you they do indeed offer insurance. Friendly and decent, never take too long, so if you're in need of spending money on something you dont need 95% of the time, but legally have to, a good option.

If I could give them no stars I would. We were a client for years. After having problem after problem we ended up moving to another insurance company. They applied our yearly home insurance payment to someone else's account then fought with us that we hadn't paid until we turned up with the receipt. They took my daughter off my car insurance policy without notification and then continued to charge me as if she was still covered. They renewed a joint account when one party refused to sign and wanted the policy closed. And when we did try to close the policy they refused to stop charging my account until I put a stop payment on it. It's been a hell of a ride and I don't wish it on anyone else.

Requested a quote on home insurance on a Thursday. Their agent wanted to look at the house the following Tuesday. By Friday I had still NOT heard back and was told the home is uninsureable due to age. Time wasters..Their loss.

Apparently I cannot update my policy or make a claim at the physical Co-operators when I walk inside... ridiculous.

It us as if they don't want new business.
