This has been the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. The receptionist is a sweetheart and all the staff were so nice and pleasant to deal with. They even reached out to me for a refund after moving provinces before I had even moved. I can't recommend them enough.

The worst insurance company for new drivers they will give you a price and two months later will tell you they made a istake in their price and ask for more money and threaten to cancel your policy. Absolutely Unacceptable and horrendous

I’ve asked about getting a wood stove installed twice now. Still no reply once I’ve given my details.

Gave them a week and a half to get me my new papers in the mail and withdrawal money and they still haven’t and I phoned and was put through to my agent and she went strait to voicemail terrible service they only hear from me once a year and they decide that’s too much to deal with I guess

My agents have always been incredibly helpful and always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have and ensure I'm alaays getting the best value for my dollar

Terrible customer service, their secretary needs an attitude adjustment. Talks to you like you are beneath her, or have a disability with very rude comments and interrupts you when trying to explain the problem. Very slow service, I’ve been waiting so far 3 months for my insurance card. Everytime I call I hear the same thing “it just arrived and we are working on it” I’ll never do business with them again. P.E.I. is too small of a place to have bad customer service news travels very fast.

I was recently in an accident and they were so helpful. They took care of everything I needed. They were friendly, understanding, and efficient. Thank you so much for helping me at a stressful time!
