The Chopsticks

Food is awesome, I would definitely recommend anyone to come here and enjoy quality Chinese food. The best dishes that were standing out to me was the fried chicken and the chow mien. Also really good food service and you could definitely tell that all the foods were not frozen and were actually fresh. The lady that worked there was also really nice.. I would definitely eat there again if I have the chance.

Absolutely brutal service and terrible food, was called an a**hole by the women on the phone after asking as nice as I could to speak with another worker after she wouldn't clairfy what food could be made an hour before close, stating that only certain menu items could be made then not letting me know what I could actually order. I highly recommend going elsewhere for food don't waste your time and patience here.

What happened to the old owners??? The young girl that takes orders is horrible. Always a mistake. The guy (owner perhaps?) YELLING at me like *I* made a mistake on my order. Wanted meals for one. So we’d have our rice and egg rolls. Only got the meat. Hangs up on me. WORST service. I use to absolutely love Chopsticks. Rude owners. Staff screws up (more than once). Never going back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! came in to order a number 1 for my nana it comes with an egg roll which she will not eat so I asked to pay the difference for a plain chow main! the ignorant lady at the front told me no! I can't add a chow main and pay the difference..... I'm not sure where the sweet lady that used to be here has gone but this lady just ruined any further buisness coming to them for my family! I am completely disgusted that I was told no to order something extra to the meal, and with that I took my buisness to wasaga beach. very rhude ignorant lady!
