I don't eat fast food very often, but when I do....I expect to get what is payed for. Paying 19$ for 5 chkn pcs with fries and gravy is ridiculous. If you don't have the items in stock...say something. Like seriously, my partner had to go back, and nothing was done about it. You could have at least offered a partial refund or something. Bad customer service. Never going there again.
