They use to serve their salads in boxes that were great now they switched to very small portions that are fit for a toddler. The lemon is just for comparison but the portions are outrageous now for the price. At least before we’d get a nice size box of salad now we get this?
I’m sadden to have to leave such a poor review based on my service I had today. My mother and I walked into your facility and ordered a #4 wrap with chicken and NO tomatoes and a quesadilla with ONLY red and yellow peppers. We were told in our previous visit that we could get $10 off our next purchase from our points card. When we told the cashier she approached the other lady working that began to tell us to try using the $10 off next time that she’s training. We then began to tell her that a manger advised us to do this our next visit as the points system is changing. The lady walked away saying “oh my god alright I’ll call my boss.” As someone who works in customer service my mother and I both agreed that was an unnecessary response. After dealing with getting the $10 off, we waited over 20 minutes for our order. My mom looked over and exclaimed she told her at the register she only wanted peppers as it appeared the lady was putting all the ingredients on. The other lady told her just to pick out all the ingredients she didn’t want on the quesadilla. My mom stepped up and said may I please get a new wrap? They agreed and the lady said don’t throw out that wrap use it for another order, after this wrap had ingredients already on it. Then after remaking the wrap with only the ingredients my mother specified she placed it in the oven to where it bubbled up and she had to make a new one all over again, but we ended up receiving the quesadilla not grilled and it was still very soft. Then when it came to my wrap where I asked for no tomatoes, the lady confirmed I had wrap 4 and I said yes without the tomateos as she looked in the wrap and said oh there’s tomatoes. She asked me if she could pick them out as I agreed that’s fine, only when I came home there was still tomatoes in the wrap. In the picture it shows two but there was many more that I found in the wrap, as well as there was no chicken which is the poutine I added to my wrap. Overall, I was very disappointed because as a customer what if I had a Severe allergy to these ingredients that I specified not once but twice that I don’t want certain ingredients in my wrap. Not only that but what about cross contamination from reusing a wrap from a mistake order for someone else’s order. As someone who has also worked I. The food industry, I find that disgusting. As well as throughout our visit the one lady just kept on complaining about the phone going off and how she couldn’t deal with it. Again it’s very sad I had to write this review because this was my mother and I’s go to place for healthy choices but it appeared the service was very slow, unprofessional and was unsatisfactory of requests obtaining to orders.
The restaurant was empty. 2 employees and myself. One employee was having lunch, no problem there. The other completely ignored me. No one acknowledged that I was even there. I stood in front of the cash register for a few minutes, directly in front of an employee who was on her phone. I eventually just walked out. Went to freshii, much better service.
I've been looking forward to trying this restaurant out for lunch. The bowl I ordered was delicious! You order at the counter and sit and a staff member will bring it to you. The salad was full of fresh ingredients. The staff members were friendly. The restaurant caters to vegans and those gluten-free. Being vegan I selected bowl #2 and would get it over and over again. The only thing was in regards to first impression: there were a lot of tables not cleared and cleaned, wasn't as tidy upon walking in. I will be back, looking forward to it! Went back a second time and tried a wrap - super fresh and tasty!
We eat here whenever we can afford a delicious salad! We order if for lunch the whole office. Healthy and fresh. Pegasus bowl with rice and chicken is my favorite. I got the salmon once, it was good, but not that I'd order it again unfortunately.
Just order a chicken pesto quesadilla, the 2 end pieces of the quesadilla had no meat and almost no vegetables. This was my 3rd time at this location I have always found the ratio of chicken to quesadilla low but never this bad.
As much as I enjoy the Sunshine salad, there’s always an ingredient missing. One time, it was the avocado the only source of fat in the salad, and yesterday, they neglected to add the bacon bits and pecans I paid for. After paying almost $20 including my additives, I am quite disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.
It was a great experience, the staff and management was very courteous.. the food was fresh and great quality ..
If you want to spend $25 dollars on an unedible salad with clumpy quinua, hard tofu, and wilted vegetables, then go to the chopped leaf. Waste of my money , food went directly into the garbage.
My girlfriend anaphylactic with a nut allergy was served peanuts in her number 5 bowl after explicitly being told that it had no nuts. She then asked for it to be remade and received it without the added chicken that had been paid for. Definitely not a place to bring anyone with a severe allergy and terrible service all around.
