Great cocktails, tried their recipes as well as traditional, for sure really excellent. Clearly high quality chicken and ingredients for food but what we had was lack lustre sadly. The Chinese salad lacked flavour and while the chicken was great quality white meat and cooked perfectly, the batter is so hard and overly seasoned that it was unappetizing. I heard a podcast with one of the owners and he seemed interesting and authentic so I was really looking forward to Chickadee but it didn’t live up to my expectations because the female bartender and our server were both pompous so that really detracted from the overall experience.
We loved the atmosphere here with a retro theme. The drinks menu had exciting cocktails, the fried chicken is cooked inside a pressure fryer, that with the extra crispy breading results in crunchy chicken. Top marks from us.Food: 5/5

this was the first fried chicken I'd had in 6 years and it was amazing!!! great atmosphere, good service, fun drinks, and very friendly staff. definitely going back :
12/10 would come here again! On a whim, we decided to meet some of our mates from Australia and do a trip to Vancouver! We were actually waiting for a table at the restaurant across the street, and decided to stop in for some drinks and light snacks. Natasha was the main bartender, and she was the absolute best! She made our drinks with style, and was super personable all the other employees there were wonderful as well! I had a moscow mule, as well as one of their signature drinks- a pineapple and vodka drink with mint it was amazing. We also had some popcorn chicken, as well as the fries. Everything was delicious, and if we hadn't already made other plans for dinner, we could've stayed there much longer! Huge thanks to the whole crew that was there on Saturday, Nov 5th. And an especially big shoutout to Natasha!!
Excellent food and customer experience !! Food and drinks were awesome ! Both waitresses were sweet and helpful in our choice of dishes. Beyond amazing fried chicken that tastes some kind of Asian/Italian herbs. Ask for the fritters that are melting cheese and chicken fried balls and herbs.

Kudos to a place that can make an amazing mocktail on the fly. Wanted to mod one of their featured cocktails, and they're like, "We can't do that, but we can make you something amazing." And rather than bring me out a tired Shirley Temple, I got this magical elixir. I must admit, I'm surprised that the Chinatown area can have such good food experiences. The fried chicken is of the batter + cornflakes type. Crunchy with a kick. Also, it's been a while since I've gotten cornbread that went the savory route, which was happiness and nostalgia for me. Hidden gem. Happy to have found it.

This is a hidden gem. I wish I could remember the bar tenders name. She was amazing filled us in on every thing that juke chicken had to offer and the ingredients. Was tentative to our likes even for drinks. I thought she was the owner because she treated the place like it was her own. The food and drinks were amazing. The chicken skins were the hit on the town. Fried to perfection now this is from a Georgia boy. I don’t know much about the gluten free stuff but everything they serve is gluten free. It’s over two thousand miles from home or this would be my go to place. I guarantee you’ll hurt yourself hear it so good.
