The Chautauqua Center is terrible!! I was on a waiting list for 3 months and 23 days to get in to see a doctor! Camelle who is in charge of the intake said she tried contacting me at the beginning of May and left a voicemail! I never got a call or a voicemail. I've tried contacting her several times because I've been waiting so long. My insurance company even started contacting her and I talked to her towards the end of May and she said I was number four. Finally after waiting a couple more months I started contacting her last week and finally got ahold of her today and that doctor is no longer available!! So, almost 4 months of waiting I still don't get to see the doctor I wanted to see!!! This is total bulls*hit and now I'm screwed without seeing the doctor!!

my experience here was so bad, I just had to rake them over the coals. I moved to Dunkirk, NY for a new job which came along with new insurance. I wanted to get established with a new doctor and get my medications set up with a local pharmacy. I initially liked the doctor I selected, but he himself was moving. During my first visit, he wrote down all my meds which I had brought with me in a bag. He was called away several times and missed some of my meds. Later at the pharmacy, no meds???? I waited another day. 2 came in out of 16! Where were the rest? I called, got a receptionist and then a nurse. It was like talking to a black hole. Nothing happened. No phone call one way or the other and still nothing at the pharmacy. 2 more meds then showed up. Still missing 12. Three more times I tried to talk to them to get the rest of my meds and nothing but frustrations and no drugs. I was out of several and needed them filled ASP. Also, the doctor wanted some tests run. The person who was supposed to call me and arrange for the tests never called! Communication there and patient respect is horrid. I will never go back!
