The Cedar Tree Lebanese Restaurant opened its doors in North Bay in September 2009. It was always Roger and Yasmin’s dream to open a traditional Lebanese restaurant serving authentic Lebanese food using recipes passed down from Rogers family. North Bay presented the perfect opportunity to bring this type of cuisine to its residents.
Following the traditional Lebanese style, the restaurant was designed as an open concept in order to allow the guests to watch as the chefs create their meal, whether it being shaving delicious chicken off the spit or shaping their popular falafel patties.
Since opening, Roger and Yasmin have evolved the menu year after year to bring new items to the menu while satisfying their guests ever changing dietary needs by focusing on fresh and healthy ingredients. They are always pleased to see guests that have now become family, and are happy to welcome new faces to the restaurant.
