Unfortunately tonight we did not have the same experience with dominos as we once did. But like me first by saying that the cheesy stuffed cheese bread was amazing! But then we got to pizza! The first pizza with the two pieces pulled off was not cooked long enough. Their tracker stated they put the items in the oven at 9:17 and at 9:25 they were out the door. I don’t feel like that was long enough for a PAN pizza as there is more dough to be cooked. Second pizza came, I called at 9:50 and it was there by 10:10, and they said they cooked it well done, it don’t look any different from the first and the dough in the middle was still doughy and stretchy. When calling the store a second time, I would have believed it was the manager but I can be wrong. This person was rude and had the worst customer service phone attitude while on the phone. When offered a refund, this manager said that we have to come to the store for the refund and return the pizza; when said we don’t drive and it’s a 45 min walk, he said he don’t care. It’s after 10:30pm and it’s windy chilly and raining outside. Unbelievable!! Didn’t feel like cooking tonight and just wanted to enjoy a pan pizza from dominos as we think it’s awesome pizza but after this, not sure if it’s worth the money with this kinda attitude.

Ordered from here for the first time and had a lovely meal. We ordered off their website and the process was fast and easy. I love how the website updates you every step of the way while they are preparing your order. We ordered the Chicken BBQ pizza and it was delicious. The chicken had great flavor and was nice and juicy. The pizza had a great cheese to topping ratio. The crust was really tasty and the dip tied everything together really nicely. This was my first experience eating at Dominos in a very very long time and I am impressed. I hope I can find the same quality at other locations in Ontario.b

I earned enough points for a free pizza and upgraded to a large yesterday. I ordered the delivery for 1pm so I could share with my family. The delivery driver showed up at the perfect time, when he presented me with my pizza I noticed there was two? He said the manager cooked me a pizza and didn't like how it looked so cooked another one and made it perfect. The pizza he wasn't happy with was perfectly fine in my eyes. They truly care about presentation.  Bravo guys n gals great job.

Not even cooked and when my wife called the person was rude on the phone “You“ need to do a better job

We ordered 2 pizzas and one cheese bread from the store and it was all burnt and very sour in taste. We directly called the store to talk about it and a girl named Fera she agreed that she will provide us the same pizzas and cheese bread the next day. On the next day we called them to order it they told us we are not going to provide any free pizzas we agreed for just 1 pizza. They are not even providing us back the credit for the same. Few pics are of morning where we are showing that we have not even ate anything and directly threw them into garbage.

It seems yo be hit and miss on the quality. Customer service is non-existent. Ordered a 4 topping large pizza and got a large pizza with cheese on almost raw dough. We ordered online and had to pay in advance. Once we opened the box, that's when I called the store to report it. I called to advise the store what happened and was basically told too bad in a very rude way. Like I said, there is no customer service or edicate. They should go to customer service school. There is no point in complaining to corporate either. The standard response is "We will look into it," but they never respond or follow up on complaints, so don't waste your time.

I have never ordered Domino's until the 50% off sale. Both times it was very good in fact the best pie I have had in North Bay in a long time. The delivery was prompt and he was friendly.

The food we ordered pizza and cheese bread stank like body odor, very strongly. Assuming it was the driver we called and got a second order sent. Stank again, slightly less pungent but still clearly there. The cheese bread and wings were fine - the pizza was bad. We couldn’t eat it either time. Called and asked for a refund and they told us nothing was wrong with it the second time and wouldn’t give us one. Maybe they just thought we were trying to get it free? But we could not eat it, I don't know if something is wrong with the dough or what but seriously the worst taste/smell. Waste of $50. Disgusting, don’t order from here as they do not care to address concerns and were not apologetic. Delivery driver was super nice though!

I ordered from here and received a cheese bread with a spider on it. When I called the store the person I spoke with didn’t really seemed to care and offered me a new cheese bread which I didn’t take because I was so grossed out by the first one. This place is so gross it should be checked out by a health inspector. Definitely will never be ordering from here again.

We have always loved Domino's. We loved the 2 for 1 Tuesdays. We couldn't always order on Tuesdays and that was ok but we are very disappointed they've discontinued the Tuesday special. We may be looking for a great deal from one of the other awesome pizza places in town.
