Sharon and BJ know how to pamper their customers from complementary beverages to hand massages! I feel like I get a complete makeover from Sharon each time I go. She listens to the style I want and offers great advice on what would work and not work. I like to change my style each time I go and I have never been disappointed. You really do get what you pay for here --an upscale salon and a wonderful experience. Thank you ladies and I look forward to my next visit!

Although staff is relatively friendly and offer complementary hand massage, there is too much drama, high turnover with staff and problems overbooking. Not happy having to wait over 1/2 hour once I arrive on time for my appointment. Also, not happy to be paying for higher skilled stylist only to be left in the hands of a novice (that doesn't know how to do a simple blow dry) while the original stylist (who is overbooked) moves on to other clients rather than giving me the courtesy to finish the job in a professional and courteous manner which I am paying over $200 for. The last straw was having to return on two occasions to fix highlights when I'd been going there for years and hadn't changed the style or the colour. They've offered complementary facials to lure me back to the salon but it would have been easier to keep me happy as a client than to try to lure me back. Sadly, I would not recommend.

Friendly staff, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The service is excellent , punctual and I never feel rushed . Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff cannot make up for the lack of skill. I had a manipedi. Don't waste your money. Do it yourself or go somewhere else.
