If you are looking for good seafood, this place is great. There were two of us and we shared a sailors feast. We got a lot of shrimp headless but you still had to peel them , rice, and fries. We only finished the shrimp, had a fair bit of rice and fries left over. This is a definitely a place where you eat with your hands. The tables use paper table coverings and you pile your shells on the table. The prices are listed on a board on the east side wall.nnFood was excellent, I felt it was very good value for seafood in Edmonton. If you like seafood and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this a great place.
So good! If you love seafood, this is the spot! Yummy seafood in sauce with rice and corn - the best combination. Highly recommend this wonderful place and the kind service makes you feel comfortable eating with your hands. Go all in, check it out!!!!
I recently visited this place, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. First, the hygiene standards were appalling. The floors were dirty, the tables were sticky, and the bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here, and that’s simply unacceptable for any establishment.nIt’s shocking to see such unprofessional and careless behavior of staff also another issue I had.nnI would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you care about basic hygiene and decent customer service. I won’t be coming back.
This is a super fun restaurant with amazing food. Some of THE BEST seafood I have ever eaten even though they were sold out of lobster. I guess that's a good reason to go back again though!
If you're into garlic and butter this is definitely for you... Love the flavour and the spiciness... Portions are good but expect to pay more as this is a seafood restaurant. Ordered some calamari which are the best for me, we dip it in the sauce from our flavor which is the Captains Boil as well as their great shrimp basket... We got the flavor Cajun for the fries which I'm not sure if they even put it in cause I didn't taste any... But overall the experience and food was great! They have great and accommodating staff as well
