I had a great experience at Red Lobster in Edmonton. The lobster tail and grilled shrimp were flavorful and cooked really well. Everything tasted fresh, and the rice paired nicely with the seafood. The cheesecake with strawberry topping was rich and creamy — a perfect way to finish the meal.nThe restaurant was quite busy, so the food took a little longer to come out, but the service was still good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was worth the wait, and I would definitely come back again.
Went to the West End for lunch with my wife and my cousin. All I have to say is, EVERYTHING was on point! Cooked to perfection Absolute joy filling up at Red Lobster when the food tastes so great! Huge shout out to the chef and the staff for an incredible experience Everyone was polite, friendly and smiling. Bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of seating available in the dining area. Shrimp and Calamari will always be my favourites Look forward to another visit soon!
Went on a random Monday for their Endless Shrimp. Hector M. was our server and was absolutely phenomenal. Very classy individual who ensured we were happy at all times. Always made sure to take care of us.nnRecommend this location! Amazing food and service :
Came for dinner with a table of 9, no reservation, 6 kids lol. Staff totally accommodated us and got us 2 booths as per our request. Service was fast, friendly and funny, wish I caught the name of our server but didn’t. He’s really good at his job! My party got the classic steamed crab legs and the Cajun crab legs. Crab was PERFECT, slid right out of the shell! Delicious meal, the drinks were even better. And must get dessert. The key lime pie is the perfect after dinner treat.
This was the worst visit I have ever had to a Red Lobster.nRight from the beginning we should have left like my daughter requested.nIt was her choice for dinner out for her birthday. I said no I think it would get better. The waiter took our drink orders.nIt took 25 minutes to get our drinks.nThe Sangria Tropicals were terrible. Poor flavour and quantity of liquid was disgusting see the ice left after the liquid was removed.nThe Ice tea was like water. We requested starters of Crab Queso and stuffed mushrooms both together.nThe Queso was brought out. See the Pic it was full of water in the middle and cold.nThe manager was summoned and he was terrified to put his finger in it to feel how cold it was. He said we'll take it off your order. I said yes you will. The food was brought. I should have sent it all back! It didn't get better only worse. The mini lobster tail that was served to us tasted like bleach. I was told by a person in the food industry they do that to get rid of the heavy smell of going bad but the didn't rinse it well enough.nThe French fries were cold. The piece of deep fried fish had the texture or smoked fish not deep-fried fish. The deep fried items were all soggy from sitting around.nAt the end of enduring the poor quality items my daughter asked to talk to the Manager, she was not going without voicing her opinion. The manager said how about i give you a free desert because it is your birthday. We said no thanks ! He did however take off the Admirals feast from the bill.nAll of it should have been removed and a credit for your next visit should you dare to return.nSorry folks no return for these people
