The Capital Grille

We were seated at our table and immediately served water and bread. Then we sat there for 15 minutes without being approached by a server. I summoned who I thought was the manager over to our table. I explained that we had been waiting for 15 minutes. He apologized and sent the server to our table. We ordered our food and drinks. The meal was outstanding, as usual. As our server, Ashley, cleared the table, we asked for our check. She informed us that there would be no charge, per instructions from Tom, who I assume is the manager I had summoned to the table. We were flabbergasted! I went over and thanked the manager, who explained that there was a lack of communication between the hostess and the server. We have gone here many times and have always enjoyed their excellent food. Tom and Ashley turned a bad situation into a very good one. We will continue to regard The Capital Grille as one of our all time favorite restaurants because of this experience. Excellent customer service!!!!

Great environment! Jazzy and classical music to add to the ambiance. Great reds and brown colors foe a relaxed feel. Service by Dan, was an amazing treat, especially for my birthday celebration! Great selection of wines by the bottle or the glass. The selection of dry aged meats was more than any other place I've dined at. They were very good at explaining the the menu and the special selections of the night. The bone-in filet mignon was melt-in-your-mouth amazing! And they ended the night with a complimentary dessert plate for my birthday! The only thing I didn't like was that Open-Table reservation didn't go through, but luckily they were able to accommodate! Highly recommended!

Phenomenal service provided by Kara for a first time experience. The food had so many flavors, meat was tender and juicy, many bread options and delicious cheesecake! This is a new favorite for my husband and me.

I came here today with my little guy. Ordered off the restaurant week menu. Everything was delicious. Our server was very helpful and nice.

A high end dining experience from Darden restaurant group ( owns longhorn, red lobster, olive garden to name a few ) the service is excellent and the food is good, pretty expensive though.
