Service was brutal. We waited over 40 minutes just to get menus and had to remind the staff ourselves. After that, the food took forever to come out — expected maybe, but not worth the wait.nnI ordered the Donair pizza and instead of sweet sauce on the pizza, they just tossed it in as a dipping sauce ‍. To make it worse, they literally put full tomato slices on top… never seen that before on a Donair pizza .nnMy friend ordered wings, and they came out cold. He had to ask them to reheat it, which is ridiculous.nnMy other friend ordered a medium rare steak and it came out fully cooked. Like, no pink at all.nnThe atmosphere was okay, though the music wasn’t my taste personal preference. Random drunk people came to our table too — not the restaurant’s fault, but it definitely killed the vibe.nnFor the prices they charge, you’d expect at least the basics to be done right. Instead, it felt like one disappointment after another.
Came here on a Wednesday wings night, and the Caesar Parmesan wings we ordered were pretty good! The wings themselves were a bit dry and wish they were a bit more tender, but the sauce and Parmesan flakes were delicious! We also had fast and friendly service from the waitress.nnOverall we had a good experience and would come back again for Wednesday wings!
The people here are awesome. The cooks, not so much. Whether its just a giant lump of seasoning on your wings, or half burnt and half raw food, you'll get it. I am 1/4 on orders being cooked correctly here. You're better off going to BP or joeys.
I had an incredible time at the Windermere location of The Canadian Brewhouse! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant—perfect for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.nnA special shoutout to our server, Lesley, who truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Lesley also took the time to walk us through the specials and offered some great menu recommendations that didn’t disappoint. Her energy and professionalism really stood out.nnThe food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Everything from the appetizers to the main course hit the mark, and the presentation was top-notch. It’s clear the kitchen staff takes pride in their work.nnOverall, this location delivers on great service, delicious food, and an enjoyable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back—and will be asking for Lesley again!
Service was decently quick for a Friday night, however this is absolutely disgusting and utterly dissatisfying.nDidn’t even get through one piece of fish before having to spit it out due to being cold, and hard. Leave your food closer to pick up or atleast decent enough to leave it under a heat lamp for pickup.nWe’ve waited 5 years to finally come to back to this place after moving around and we will never be back. For the cost it’s gross how people can get away with poor output on your own name for giving out disgusting food.nAlso didn’t know shepherds pie was acceptable to serve out as meat raw potato slop.nMinimum wage yes isn’t ideal but you have a license with your name depending on the health of the public.
